Speak Peace with
Compassionate Communication

1st Thursday of the month   7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Occasional change in dates or cancellation might occur- please check for updates.

Join us for this FREE and engaging personal practice of Compassionate-Nonviolent Communication (NVC), the Language of the Heart, led by local Compassionate Communication facilitators. Open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

NVC was developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D., an American Psychologist, and is based on Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr.'s principles of nonviolence -our natural state of compassion.

LOCATION: Compassionate Communication Center of Ohio's offices are in the upper level of the Maynard Avenue United Methodist Church, on the corner of Indianola and Maynard Aves, Columbus, Ohio. (See Map Below)

PARKING: Park in the lot across Maynard Avenue and enter through the double glass doors.  We're on the second floor (follow the signs) to second floor and straight to the back. If no one is at the door to greet you, ring the buzzer on the right hand side of the glass doors, and someone will come let you in!

NOTE: please arrive a few minutes early, as our meeting place is in a church in which the doors are locked. If you arrive after 7:00, ring CCCO buzzer (above church doorbell) located to the right of the glass doors, and someone will come to let you in.
